Making a Difference: Our Active Impact
Since 1997, Medical Missionaries has actively transformed lives by delivering essential care and vital resources. Our work isn’t just about what we’ve done; it’s about the continuous, tangible change we create every single day, bringing hope directly to those who need it most, worldwide and here at home.
Driving Health Forward: Global & Local Action
2025 data
We actively push health initiatives across continents, building robust infrastructure and providing immediate relief where it’s needed most.
- Fueling Global Health: We dispatch almost two hundred 40-foot sea containers, packing them with critical medical supplies, equipment, and household goods. These shipments directly power long-term health initiatives, especially in Africa and other underserved regions.
- Strengthening Care Abroad: Our commitment to Haiti and the Dominican Republic remains unwavering. We actively support 120 medical mission teams on over 900 overseas missions, delivering more than 2500 boxes of medicines and supplies. This direct involvement establishes and equips permanent health facilities, ensuring continuous care.
St. Joseph Clinic: A Living Hub of Health in Haiti

St. Joseph Clinic in Haiti stands as a testament to our ongoing impact. This vital facility actively provides a wide range of services:
- Clinic staff treat approximately 25,000 patients each year, offering essential consultations, emergency care, and critical maternity services.
- The clinic actively assists in about 450 births annually, creating a safe environment for new mothers and their babies.
- We empower local communities by training traditional birth attendants (“Matwons”), who then assist an additional 1,400 home births per year, extending skilled care into remote areas.
- We have implemented the Klorfasil water purification system in more than 9,000 homes, directly improving public health by providing access to clean water.
- The program actively provides daily hot lunches to over 1,000 students across six schools, combating malnutrition and fostering better learning environments.

- Appalachia & Native American Reservations: We have delivered over 200 truckloads of household goods and food to communities in West Virginia and other parts of Appalachia. Additionally, we provide crucial donations directly to American Indian schools, supporting their students and families.
- Disaster Relief: When hurricanes, floods, or other natural disasters strike anywhere in the USA, Medical Missionaries actively responds. We deliver immediate aid and supplies to victims, directly helping communities recover and rebuild.
Advancing Medical Knowledge
Beyond direct care, we have contributed to the broader medical community by joining educational conferences on Third World medicine for healthcare professionals. We have also supported the publishing of several papers. This commitment to shared knowledge actively elevates the standard of care globally.
