About Medical Missionaries

Medical Missionaries is an organization of more than 200 doctors, nurses, dentists, and other interested individuals (e.g., electricians, plumbers, auto and truck mechanics, warehouse helpers), people of all faiths, who volunteer their time and talents to serve the poor throughout the world:

  • Caring for the ill
  • Helping the poor eradicate the underlying causes of illness, especially malnutrition, lack of potable water, lack of clothing, and poor housing
  • Educating medical professionals
  • At the heart of Medical Missionaries’ mission are shared core values:
    • The dignity of all persons
    • The right of all to adequate health care, nutrition, potable water, sanitation, clothing, and housing
    • Opportunities for those who have much to help those who need much
    • Service offered freely, without compensation

St. Joseph Clinic Anniversary

St. Joseph Clinic celebrated its 16th anniversary this year by bringing the community together. As part of the celebration, the clinic ran a health fair, there was entertainment and food. Check out pictures and videos of the event.
