It is Football Squares time!!!
We have sold out of football squares. Stay tuned to find out who the winners are after the game. Thank you for your support!!
Play football squares to support Medical Missionaries and to win! 50% of the proceeds collected will go to Medical Missionaries to support programming in 2024 including funding St. Joseph Clinic in Haiti, stocking local food pantries and supplying medical equipment and supplies to those in need locally and internationally. The other 50% will be distributed among the winners.
This year we will have two boards. We will have two boards again this year to allow even more participants! You can choose which one you want to play or both! Please share this page with friends, family, and colleagues near and far!
Cost: Each square cost $25.
Payouts: Payouts will be based on the number of squares sold:
- End of 1st Quarter $225.00
- End of 2nd Quarter $300.00
- End of 3rd Quarter $225.00
- End of Game $500.00

This fundraiser is being conducted by Christine DiStasio and Patti Tutalo and is not an official fundraiser of Medical Missionaries.
How to play Football Squares:
- Once all the squares have been selected and purchased, the numbers for the row and column will be randomly picked from 0-9 for each team in the Super Bowl.
- You will be given a new set of numbers for each quarter.
- These numbers represent the last number in the score of each team. In other words, if the score is Chiefs 17 – Buccaneers 14 (not implying who will be in the superbowl), then the winning square is the one with a Chiefs number of 7, and a Buccaneers number of 4.
- The final payout will be for the end of the game in case of overtime.
